What is your shipping policy?
Welcome to Spring Time from Wine Rack Country.  Now through June 30th, 2008 enjoy reduced shipping costs on whatever you order.  Orders up to $50.00 will pay only $8.00 in shipping, orders from $50.01 through $125.00 pay only $12.00 in shipping and any order over $125.00 receives Free Shipping.  This includes, all of our wine coolers and wine rack kits over $125.00.  So, shop to your hearts content.... we'll pick up the shipping for you. 

How can I find out the status of an order placed online?
If you have registered with us online, click on "My Account" to check the status of your online or telephone orders 24 hours a day. If you do not have an online account, please contact Customer Care at 866-478-6414, 9am-6pm EST Mon-Fri, and a Customer Care representative will assist you.
